|Recommended: NoBass reverberating through apartment — Can the property manager please speak to whoever is on the third floor of Building 7. They are students who each time they get home around 3-4pm just blast their music. Their bass reverberates across the entire ceiling in my apartment.
I believe its the same person driving the Subaru sedan, cause I saw them doing donuts in the parking lot across the street coincidentally before the noise started.

|Recommended: YesThe Flats at Ridgeview — Great staff and cleanliness. Close to everything the city has to offer. The lounge is very nice with a gym that has dumbbells up to 75 lbs, cable machine, leg press machine, cardio machines, smith machine, and a few others. The lounge also has a full billiards table. Jacuzzi and pool look really nice as well. Obviously, the parking is going to be pretty hectic because of being right beside a university. Overall, one of the nicest apartment complexes in Las Cruces

|Recommended: YesIts a great environment — We have been residents at The Flats at Ridgeview for several years now. We stay for several reasons. The community feels safe, the staff Denise Robles, Bailey Hess, and all of the maintenance staff are super helpful and friendly. We are grateful to have found this as a home.
