We love our furry residents! We allow two cats or dogs per apartment, and all pets must be registered with the leasing office. - Pet Rent: $25 per installment - Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 Additionally, all pets must be under 50 pounds, and cannot be one of the following restricted breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff. All support animals must be properly registered with the leasing office.
Smoking is prohibited at our community, both inside the units and on our community grounds.
